  1. Phenotype determination was performed by two color immunostaining using combinations of FITC- and PE labeled mAbs. Cells (1 × 106) were resuspended in PBS containing bovine serum albumin 0.1% and then incubated for 20 min at 4°C with optimal concentrations of the monoclonal antibodies. Membrane markers were determined by flow cytometry, and data from 10,000 events in mononuclear cell gates were collected and analyzed by Cell Quest Pro software. Results are expressed as the percentage of positive cells.
