Mice were intravenously injected twice with 100μg of anti-CD117-pIL3 conjugate (at day 0 and at day 2). Control groups corresponded to bone marrow of mice treated with unconjugated pIL3 and anti-CD117 Abs or control conjugate (G250-pIL3). IL3 DNA and RNA were detected in the bone marrow of animals receiving the pIL3-anti CD117 conjugate up to day 10. The data are representative of three independent experiments.Back to article page
