Detection of plasmid and hsp65 mRNA from tissues isolated at indicate time point following intramuscular inoculation of 100 μg pcDNA3hsp65. DNA and total RNA were isolated from the tissues using Trizol reagent per manufacturer's protocol. The presence of plasmid DNA was done by bacterial transformation and the hsp65 message by RT-PCR.
