Cellular immune response after DNA immunization. Peptide-specific CTL responses were determined by 51Cr-release assay at titrated levels of effector to target cell (E:T) ratios. Splenocytes or effector cells were pre-stimulated for five days in vitro with V3-loop peptide. Assay is done on individual mice and presented as a mean of each group +/- 2 × SEM, n = 10.
