Fluorescence images of the trachea and lung following i.n delivery of AdGFP. After intranasal delivery of AdGFP, mice were sacrificed at days 1, 3, 7 and 12 (one mouse/time point) and freshly harvested organs were subject to fluoroscopic imaging.
