The purified rAAV-TTR-RB15 prepared by a single-step heparin chromatography was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, stained with Coomassieve blue (A), and the AAV capsid proteins (VP1, VP2, and VP3) were detected with a monoclonal antibody (B). The molecular weights of the capsid proteins are shown.
